Patricia is the Director of Finance at Azura Power West Africa Limited, the owner and operator of the 461MW Azura-Edo Independent Power Plant. A seasoned finance executive with over 18 years of experience across the power, oil and gas, technology, FMCG, and hospitality sectors. Patricia has a proven track record in financial strategy, governance, and business transformation.
Before joining Azura, she served as Chief Financial Officer at inq. Digital (formerly Vodacom Business Africa) and at Tizeti Inc., where she led multi-country finance operations, strengthened investor governance, and implemented digital finance systems. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade with PwC, rising to Senior Manager in Audit and Advisory, where she managed complex assignments for clients in the energy, telecoms, and manufacturing sectors.
Patricia is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds an MBA with specialisation in Entrepreneurship from Warwick Business School, UK.
