Fela Somoye is the Head, Legal & Compliance of Azura Power West Africa Ltd. He has over 14 years of experience in law practice around aviation, infrastructure, labour, property, public-private partnerships, power and project finance subject areas. These he garnered in law firm practice and in his in-house counsel roles. He holds an LLB in Law from the University of Ibadan; attended the Nigeria Law School and is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
Fela is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. He was born in Ilorin to Egba and Ijesa parents. Fela loves entertainment, language and philosophy and he is passionate about development. He is married and blessed with two children.
